MMMM DELISH....This Juice-Smoothie i had for Brekafast with 2 rice-cakes with humous
2 Apples
1 Carrot
Handful raw Kale
1 Orange
2 1/2 Celery Sticks
2 slices of Ginger
Parsely
4 Strawberries
Handful Blueberries
Handful Grapes
Mixed with
50 ml Natural Yoghurt, Vanilla Pod (try organic, normal fat (low fat products tend to actually have more sugar than regular)
1 Banana
3 Strawberries
1 Kiwi
Chia seeds
I mixed it all together and split it into two, breakfast and snack throughout the day....im sad when they end...they taste so good!!
Remeber you body absrobs the juice quicker than through its full form as it is liquid based and the yoghurt base in the smoothie keeps you full too and also gets some natural calcium in there.
